Venture Scout

Flashpoint is an international tech investment manager with c. $500 million AUM focused on US and Western European tech companies originating out of Europe and the Middle East. Flashpoint manages five venture funds across 3 products: Venture Capital, Growth Debt, and Direct Secondary. The firm is headquartered in London and has offices in New York, Tel-Aviv, Budapest, Warsaw, Riga, Nicosia, Barcelona, Zurich.

We are now looking for Venture Scouts to help us with finding interesting investment opportunities and to do warm intros to founders.

What is a Venture Scout?

A Venture Scout is a well-connected person in the startup ecosystem that wants to monetise their network.

The best scouts are usually angel investors, startup lawyers, founders, conference organisers and people close to the ecosystem.

Being a Venture Scout is not a full-time job, but you can make good money on the side if you have a great network of founders.

How do you get paid?

You can choose to get paid in commissions in two ways:

• After a qualified company you submit that reaches a certain stage within our due diligence process (smaller amount - higher probability)
• After we make an investment into a company you submit (larger amount - lower probability)
