Role Overview

As our Community Manager you'll be the creative mind behind our communication and the empathetic voice interacting with our community. Your work is essential in shaping Bower's presence and creating lasting impressions. You’ll be part of the Marketing team, reporting to the Head of Marketing, but collaborate closely with the product team as the ambassador for user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Write engaging copy for various community channels including newsletters, push notifications, and social media posts (Instagram & Facebook) to articulate our mission and engage our audience.

- Provide empathetic and effective user support via Intercom, addressing inquiries and solving problems, from simple questions to more complex technical issues.

- Keep organized records of common questions and feedback, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize and automate responses, enhancing our understanding of community needs.

- Manage and respond to direct messages on social media platforms (Instagram & Facebook), ensuring each user feels heard and supported.

- Foster community engagement by actively interacting with comments, tags, and reposting, strengthening the connection within the Bower movement.

- Work closely with our product and tech team to continually improve our app, utilizing insights gathered from user interactions to drive enhancements that matter to our community.

You would be a great fit for this role, if you have:

- Exceptional writing skills, able to create captivating and clear content across various platforms.

- Proven ability to engage and grow online communities.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ease with technology, especially in a support context.

- Excellent organizational abilities and multitasking skills.

- Proficiency in both Swedish and English.

- Experience in customer support, community management, or related fields, with familiarity in platforms like Intercom or similar, is highly valued.
